NT Niacinamide Toner by Cos De Baha accelerates cell renewal, evens skin tone, brightens unwanted pigmentation, and strengthens local immunity.
Witch hazel extract in the product tightens pores, licorice extract brightens and provides antibacterial effect. The toner normalizes sebum production, improves sebaceous gland function, soothes irritated skin, and reduces inflammation.
The toner is suitable for daily use after cleansing before applying serum and cream.
