Azelaic Acid 10 Serum from Cos De BAHA is an anti-inflammatory serum that effectively treats acne, pimples, breakouts, eliminating the cause of inflammation. The product brightens post-acne, evens out skin texture, and restores its elasticity and even, healthy tone. The serum is effective in combating hyperpigmentation and rosacea.
The product is water-free, made from aloe vera extract.
The main component of the serum is azelaic acid, a pharmaceutical ingredient used to treat acne. It has been proven that azelaic acid inhibits the growth of bacteria that play a key role in acne development. After a few weeks of regular use of the azelaic acid-containing product, the number of bacteria on the skin significantly decreases. The component is effective with long-term use and does not cause addiction.
In addition to its antibacterial action, azelaic acid prevents the keratinization of the upper layer of the skin, thus preventing pore clogging and the formation of comedones. Furthermore, under the action of azelaic acid, the formation of pigmented spots slows down.
The serum consists of 70% organic ingredients. It does NOT contain sulfates, parabens, artificial colorants, alcohol, mineral oils, or fragrances.
