How to Use Olaplex Lashbond Eyelash Serum:
Use twice daily, morning and evening, on dry and cleansed skin. Dip the brush into the bottle once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line, near both eyes. Do not rinse. Wait 90 seconds before applying further eye products. Do not apply to the lower lash line. The product has passed ophthalmological testing.
